New Blossoms Tunic!

I just completed this screen and thought I'd test out a new style for me-- a tunic! It can be worn on or off the shoulder and drapes slightly in front or can be worn more as a boatneck. The tunic itself has really clean lines and is seamless on the edges, as they are just cut, not sewn. If you are petite or like to be a bit more daring, you can also wear it as a mini-dress.

This is handsilkscreened with my illustration of some blossoms- dogwood and cherry blossoms mostly- and wraps around to the side/back. Really comfy style.

I have been working on a line of dog tank tops for a show I'm doing this upcoming weekend. About half of them coordinate with adult or childrens items I have and the others are just fun & silly.

On a few designs, I also embellished with swarvoski crystals. These are all 100% cotton, baby rib and hand screened sleeveless tees.

These were really fun to work on. I was giggling about 75% of the time thinking of crazy canine clothes.

The Bird Branch tee was featured in Earnshaw's this month! Earnshaw's is a childrens retailer magazine, they used our tee as part of their "Flights of Fancy" ispy page-- which shows trends in childrenswear.

Etsy Anniversary!

For the rest of the Month of May, I will be celebrating my 1 year anniversary on Etsy! It is officially at the end of the month, but I thought I'd start celebrating early.

It has been great fun being part of etsy and the growth-- so many wonderful people. I really appreciate and feel lucky to have been on it a year!

Maternity Tees

My first of hopefully many maternity tees now available on my etsy site! This is 100% cotton, 1x1 baby rib fabric. Nice cap sleeves, fitted, flattering design that has a lot of stretch-- it can definitely grow with you! Hand screened on a tagless tee, sweatshop free, made in usa.

I have worked on this artwork for a while. I love things with organic dot prints-- seems so natural-- so I pulled it into a print with oversized flowers- the large one diagonally hits and 2 olive ones layered beneath.. I really did it to make the eye travel diagonally and vertically-- to help be slimming and the flowers to give it a lot of graphic punch. I choose olive and a plum purple based upon their popularity growing. This would look great with a black pair of pants to dress it up or a cute denim skirt. The sweet mini cap sleeve is flattering and the shirt soft and light.
